ACCOUNTING PRICING IN SAN ANTONIO TX

Transparent Pricing for Growing Businesses

Accounting fees should not be a mystery. Here is how ours work.

The Real Cost Is Not Having Financial Certainty

A year-end tax bill you were not expecting. Penalties on filings you did not know were late. An LLC that was never set up correctly. Decisions made without financial data because nobody was watching the numbers. The cost of not knowing what is going on in your business is always higher than the cost of having the right people in your corner.

Our fees are transparent, our pricing is flat, and there are no surprises.

How Our Accounting Fees Are Calculated

Our pricing is built around your business, not a fixed menu.

Every engagement is quoted based on your specific situation, and the factors that go into that are outlined below:

One-Time Setup and Tax Planning Fee

Before we begin, we get your business set up in our system. This one-time fee covers the initial onboarding process and varies based on the complexity of your business and the number of accounts we are working with.

Back Work

If your books are behind, whether that is six months or two years, we address that separately as we move forward. Back work covers everything prior to the current month and is quoted as a flat fee so you know exactly what it will cost before we start.

Current Work

As we do backwork, we move into your ongoing monthly service. This is your regular flat fee covering bookkeeping, financial statements, and any additional services in your scope going forward.

Payroll

Payroll is handled through Best Payroll LLC and quoted independently from your bookkeeping engagement. If you need both, we coordinate them so everything works together.

Volume of Transactions

A business writing 10 checks a month requires different resources than one processing 100. We look at your bank statements, the number of accounts you operate, and the overall volume of your monthly activity.

Complexity of Your Business

Some businesses are straightforward. Others have multiple locations, different revenue streams, or industry-specific reporting requirements. We account for that in your quote.
